All our sushi is made with wild caught Alaskan pollock and authentic Japanese sushi rice grown in the sunny valleys of California. 3 great flavours – California Rolls, Shrimp & Avocado Rolls and Sriracha Rolls. Each box contains wasabi and soy sauce.

Joey’s Fish Taco Kit:
Our fish taco kits are sure to delight all the family. Using the Joey’s Seafood Restaurant fish taco kit recipe we deliver amazing taste in every bite. We supply the fish, tortillas and sauces. You add the cabbage, lime and cheese as desired. Our tacos are simple to cook and prepare with full instructions on every pack

Cedar Bay Planked Salmon:
Top quality Atlantic salmon is placed on a pre-soaked cedar plank and spiced with popular rubs. There is no prep-work required – just thaw, remove from package and place on the grill or in the oven. Cooks in under 20 minutes and delivers a unique cedar smoked aroma and delicious taste. This pack contains 2 full fillets that serves 4 people and 3 smaller 275 g planks for 2 serving occasions. Our rubs include Applewood Orange & Ginger, Sugar & Spice, Maple Smoked Pepper and Hickory Maple – a flavour option for everyone.

Handling:
Within the box you may find dry ice. Always handle dry ice with care and use a protective cloth or leather gloves whenever touching it. An oven mitt or towel will work. If touched briefly it is harmless, but prolonged contact with the skin will cause injury similar to a burn. KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN.

Shipping & Terms:
Standard shipping via UPS Ground will be added at checkout. Because of the perishable nature of this product we do not ship over weekends. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 4 - 7 business days from the time of order. Orders received Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will not ship until the following Monday.
Delivery is not available on National Holidays.
